It is the Renter's responsibility to advise StrideOn Ltd on the day it was scheduled to arrive.
The hire period expires on the specified end date identified in the rental confirmation email unless adjusted for a delayed arrival.
Extension of a Hire Period
In the event the Renter needs to extend their period of rental they will need to email a request to rentals@strideon.co.uk or call on 01823 216202 24 hours before the hire period ends. StrideOn Ltd endeavours to alert the Renter by email prior to the end date that the hire period is due, but the onus remains with the Renter.

Once the equipment has been safely returned and inspected a full refund will be credited to the Renter less a delivery and collection charge of £18.60 and any expedited courier charges.
