Tips on returning your rental knee scooter

  • Time to go solo? Just call us on 01823 216202 or email us at to let us know. We will book the collection for you.
  • To make sure your collection goes smoothly it is best to contact us 24 hrs before your rental end date.
  • Collections can only be booked during the working week Monday to Friday.
  • Collection times will vary depending on the courier and be between 9 am and 7 pm.
  • You must only use the original box to return your product.
  • Tips on returning your rental knee scooter

    • Please wipe down your knee scooter before boxing up.
    • Use the packing instructions on the lid of the box or from your pack to get it ready for the courier.
    • There is a return label in the document pack that came with your knee walker, this must be stuck over the existing one on the box.
    • Now you are ready for the courier.

Things you might want to know

  • What happens if I want to return my rental early?
  • Our minimum hire period is 2 weeks. If you have booked it for more than 2 weeks you may request a refund on any unused weeks.
  • If you have taken advantage of our FREE delivery and collection offer and booked accordingly but want to return it early you will be refunded less any courier charges and less the 2 week minimum.
  • What if I could not get on with it?
  • As long as you let us know within in the first 4 days of your rental you will receive a full rental refund less any courier charges.
  • Refunds
  • All refunds will be paid within 10 working days after the equipment has been received by StrideOn Ltd.
