The (11.5") premium knee pad cover fits the StrideOn Knee Walker only and the (14.5") version is for the Orthomate but can also fit other knee scooter types. It has a super soft fleece like outer layer and comes with an anti-slip based surface. The elasticated finish makes it easy to put on and keeps it in place.
Kneeling puts pressure on the knee joint, so any extra cushioning will help reduce the impact, making it that bit easier.
