Meet the StrideOn Team. The People Behind Your Knee Walker Experience

- At StrideOn, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible knee walker experience for our customers. To achieve this, we rely on our dedicated and talented team members who work tirelessly to ensure your recovery journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible. In this blog post, we'd like to introduce you to some of the key players on our team and share a bit about their passions outside of work.
Jim – Commercial Manager
Jim enjoys spending his free time outdoors, sea fishing, hill walking, and showing his grandkids the ropes (or how not to catch big Bass). As a qualified Pearl Specialist, Jim's expertise extends beyond his work at StrideOn. During the cold and wet winter months, he tinkers with and fixes vintage and antique jewellery, keeping his skills sharp and indulging in his passion for precious gems.
Jake - Customer Service/Office Administrator
Jake joined our team as the Customer Service/Office Administrator in February 2023, taking over the role from Sue upon her retirement. Jake is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, ready to help you with any questions or concerns you might have about our knee walkers.
When Jake isn't helping our customers, he's cheering on his favourite football team, Bristol City. A massive fan, Jake brings the same passion and enthusiasm to his work at StrideOn as he does to supporting his beloved team.
Jordan - Maintenance Technician
Jordan started working in our workshop in December 2022. As one of our fully trained Maintenance Technicians, he ensures that all our knee walkers are in top-notch condition before they head out to customers.
Away from the workshop, Jordan is an avid PC-gamer, spending his free time immersed in the latest games and honing his skills. His attention to detail and precision in gaming translate well to his work at StrideOn, where he's committed to providing the best possible equipment for our customers.
Luke - Part-Time Team Member
Luke has been with the StrideOn team for nearly two years, working part-time while also running his own Car Valet Business. His dedication and hard work are evident in both his roles, and we're grateful to have him as part of our team.
In his free time, Luke loves attending car shows and concerts. He's often found proudly showing off his own car at various events, sharing his passion with fellow car enthusiasts. Just like with his car, Luke's commitment to excellence shines through in his work at StrideOn.
