Introducing Louise. The Newest Member of the StrideOn Team

We are delighted to introduce Louise, who joined StrideOn in August as our Customer Service Representative and Office Administrator. She’s likely to be the friendly voice you hear when you call us, ready to help with your order, answer your questions, or simply offer support during your recovery journey.

Twice a week, Louise is joined in the office by her four-year-old Poochon, Oscar, who has quickly become an important member of the team too! He takes his role as office companion very seriously, especially when there are popcorn and biscuits on offer.

When she’s not helping our customers or keeping Oscar entertained, Louise can usually be found running. A keen and accomplished runner, she regularly takes part in events ranging from Parkruns to Ultra Marathons, and also volunteers her time helping to steward at races across the region. Her love of volunteering doesn’t stop there, every year she joins the team of stewards at Glastonbury Festival, helping make sure everything runs smoothly.

Away from the bustle of events, Louise enjoys slowing things down with her passion for crocheting. From cosy jumpers and cardigans to small, detailed character dolls for her children, she loves bringing each project to life with care and creativity, much like her approach to work here at StrideOn.

We’re thrilled to have Louise on board. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and caring nature make her a fantastic addition to the team and we know our customers will feel the same.
