Steps to Ordering

Once you have decided on the model, you can place your order by following the online instructions or call our friendly team on 01823 216202
If you place your order online you will need to decide the following:
• The number of weeks you require (minimum 2 weeks).
• What extras you would like to add to make your recovery that bit more comfortable.
Once you have done that follow the prompts and head for the checkout.

Completing Your Order

Enter in your delivery address and follow the prompts for the billing address details. You will be prompted to select whether you want to claim VAT exemption or not. If you select yes, and are unsure you qualify, please visit our FAQ VAT questions, otherwise fill out the form as prompted. Now you are ready to enter your card details. You will receive a confirmation email once you complete the order.

When does my rental period begin?

Your hire will only start once you have received your knee walker. If the delivery is delayed through no fault of yours the start date will be adjusted for you.

Delivery of My Knee Walker

When you receive your knee walker and open it you will find a pack containing your User Guide, Return label, Receipt and Repacking Instructions. Please keep this somewhere safe. Please read the User Guide before you start unpacking and using your knee walker.
If you have qualified for FREE delivery you will receive your order between 09:00 and 19:00 hrs. You will be sent your tracking information by email once the package leaves StrideOn Ltd.
If you have selected a timed delivery, then it should arrive by the deadline selected during the ordering process.
What if it does not arrive as expected? In the first instance you can contact the courier directly. You will find the contact details in your delivery notification email from the courier. In the unlikely event you are unable to contact the courier, please call StrideOn Ltd on 01823 216202 and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed.

Returning My Knee Walker

In the pack you will have received with your order you will find detailed packing instructions to help you re-pack your knee walker. There is also a return label, please place this over the existing label on the box. Then please call us on 01823 216202 and we will book the collection for you.
Please note collections are Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00. You do not have to be in if you have somewhere out of the weather but accessible to leave it. If you decide to do this, please either leave a note for the driver or advise us at the time the collection is booked so we can inform the courier.
Other options for return are as follows:
• Take the package to a local drop off centre. We can advise you on the closest to the collection address.
• Have the package collected from an alternative address.
• Drop it back to our office if you live locally.

What happens if I want to return it early?

Our minimum hire period is 2 weeks so any full rental weeks not used above the minimum will be refunded once we have received and checked your knee scooter.

What if I cannot get on with it?

We know that knee walkers are not for everyone. If you tell us within 4 days of the hire start date we will refund you excluding courier charges.

VAT Invoice

If you require a VAT invoice at the end of your rental period just let us know and we can post or email you one for your records.
